Using Saved Email Addresses in Outlook
August 31, 2009 | Practice Tip Of The Week

When you type a name or e-mail address on the To, Cc, or Bcc lines of Outlook, a list of previously used addresses will appear. To use one of the e-mail addresses that pops up, use your up or down arrow keys to select it, and press Enter. Or select the desired e-mail address with your mouse and click it. To delete the e-mail address from the cache to prevent it from popping up, use your keyboard arrow keys to select it, and press the Delete key (this does not delete the contact from your database...just from the cache).
