Dawna Mason, CLM, is the Administrator for Farleigh Wada Witt. The firm currently has twenty-two attorneys and thirty support staff. Dawna has worked for this firm and its predecessors for over twenty-seven years. She achieved the Certified Legal Manager (CLM) designation in 2002. She has been involved with the Association of Legal Administrators for 19 years speaking on topics concerning firm administration, communication, and leadership. She served on the local, regional, and international Boards for the association. She is currently on the CLM Committee writing test questions for future certification tests.

David Daniel is a sole practitioner in the Salem law firm M. David Daniel, Attorney & Counselor at Law, LLC. David attended Indiana University and Western Oregon State College before receiving his JD from Willamette University College of Law in 1986. Prior to opening his firm in 2006 he taught clinical law at Willamette University College of Law for 18 years. His practice areas include Estate Planning, Probate, Family Law, Mental Health Law and Civil Litigation. He is a member of the Marion County Bar Association, Oregon State Bar, the Oregon Federal Bar and the Ninth Circuit Bar. He has also appeared in the Grand Ronde Tribal Courts. He is the treasurer of the Law Practice Management Section. He is a regular speaker on technology topics.

Carol Wilson has been a law firm administrator since 1987. She is currently working with the Salem law firm of Dunn & Roy, P.C. Prior to 1987, Carol was a legal assistant, office manager for a mental health consultation firm and worked with various state and private businesses.

Carol first became a member of the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA) and the Oregon Chapter of ALA, formerly known as the Oregon Legal Management Association, in 1986. She was on the Board of Directors of ALA Oregon from 1999 to 2002 and served as their Secretary and Membership Director during that time. She also participated on the Legal Technology 2001 Publicity and Promotions Committee.

Carol has been a member of the Law Practice Management Section since 1995. She has been a member of the Board of Directors and has served several terms as Secretary as well as participating on the Membership Committee.

Skip Winters is a partner at the Portland law firm of Bodyfelt Mount, LLP. A native Oregonian, Skip attended the University of Washington and returned home to attend Willamette University's College of Law -- receiving his JD in 1994. He is currently member of the Multnomah Bar Association, the Oregon Association of Defense Counsel, the American Bar Association, and the Oregon and Washington Federal Bar Associations. He served as Chair of the Oregon State Bar's New Lawyers Division from 2002 to 2003, and is the current chair of the Oregon State Bar's Law Practice Management Section.

Skip lives in Portland with his wife and son. Together, they enjoy bicycling and are veterans of five Cycle Oregon rides.
